This Registration Form and attached Property Usage Agreement must be returned with fee payment by May 15, 2017 to assure placement and map designation. Late fee of $20 will be assessed after that date.
Note the revised Festival hours – 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with required vendor operating hours at least 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Last shows on the main stage begin at 8 p.m.
Please return completed 2017 Registration Form, signed West Plains City Property Usage Agreement (required by City of West Plains), and check payable to: WPCA, P.O. Box 339, West Plains, MO 65775
Fees are non-refundable.
The festival will not be cancelled due to rain.

Juried Selection – The Festival Board reserves the right to reject any for-profit vendor’s application not deemed in keeping with the Festival mission. The Festival Board also reserves the right to restrict product offerings, activities, and/or attractions of any vendor, performer, or visitor during the festival.
